How Peak Fractional Leadership & Advisory Group collects, uses and protects information. Last updated October 2026.

Who we are

Peak Fractional Leadership & Advisory Group (“Peak,” “we,” “us”) provides fractional executives, advisory services and related capabilities. This policy covers this website and the information you share with us through it, by email, by phone or in meetings. Our Privé by Peak membership has its own policy, linked below, which applies to members and prospective members.

Information we collect

We collect what you choose to give us, and a limited amount that is collected automatically.

  • Contact details such as your name, email address, phone number, company and role.
  • Messages and requests you send through our forms, email or scheduling tools, including anything you tell us about your business or situation.
  • Event and content registrations for webinars, newsletters and similar.
  • Recruiting information if you apply to work with us or join our bench.
  • Technical information such as browser type, pages viewed and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

  • To respond to your questions and requests, and to schedule conversations.
  • To provide and improve our services, content and website.
  • To send updates, invitations and insights you have asked for or that are relevant to our relationship. You can opt out at any time.
  • To match candidates with engagements, with their consent.
  • To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations and to protect our rights.

Confidentiality of client work

Information clients share with us in the course of an engagement is treated as confidential and used only for that engagement. Where an engagement requires it, we work under a written non-disclosure agreement. We do not use client information for marketing, and we do not publish client names, results or quotations without permission.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, understand how it is used and improve it. You can control cookies in your browser settings, and you can block or delete them, although some parts of the site may then work less well. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who help us run our business, such as hosting, email, scheduling, forms and analytics, under confidentiality and data-protection commitments.
  • Professional advisers such as lawyers, accountants and insurers.
  • Colleagues and partners within the Peak team who need it to help you.
  • Authorities, where we are legally required to, and a successor if our business is sold or reorganized, with the same protections applying.

Third-party services we link to, such as video platforms and social networks, have their own privacy practices that we do not control.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, to meet legal and tax requirements, and to resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects you, we will notify you as the law requires.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to object to certain uses, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, correct and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell it. To exercise any right, or to unsubscribe, write to CS@GrowAtPeak.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

International visitors

We are based in the United States. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be processed in the United States and other places where our providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will say so on this page.
