Privé by Peak

Privacy and confidentiality.

Discretion is the foundation of Privé by Peak. This policy explains how we protect what members entrust to us, how we work with the specialists who help us deliver, and where our responsibility ends. Last updated October 2026.

Our commitment

Privé by Peak exists to look after people whose lives are complex and visible. Everything a member or prospective member shares with us is confidential. We do not discuss members, their families, their affairs or their requests with anyone outside the people and partners who need to know in order to carry out a request. We do not advertise, publish or trade on a member’s name, likeness, circumstances or testimony.

Who we are

Privé by Peak is offered by Peak Fractional Leadership & Advisory Group (“Peak,” “Privé,” “we”). Membership is welcomed by introduction. This policy applies to members, prospective members who request a briefing, and the family members and household staff whose information a member asks us to handle.

What we may hold

The information depends on what a member asks of us, and is always provided by the member or on the member’s behalf.

  • Identity and contact details for the member, family and trusted representatives.
  • Preferences and routines such as travel, dining, health and lifestyle preferences, so that requests can be anticipated.
  • Sensitive information such as health, family, financial, security and legal matters, held only when needed for a specific request.
  • Request records of what was asked, who handled it and how it was completed.
  • Communications by text, phone, email and secure channels with your Attaché and our team.

How we protect it

  • One trusted relationship. Your Attaché is your point of contact. Information moves through your Attaché and is shared with others only as needed.
  • Need-to-know access. Everyone who supports a member, including our global operations team, is bound by written confidentiality obligations. Access is limited to what their role requires.
  • Discreet by default. We never place a member’s name with a vendor unless it is required to deliver the request, and we ask for your approval first when it is not obvious.
  • Careful systems. Member records are kept in secured systems with access controls. We use technology to help organize preferences and requests. People, not software, remain responsible for judgment and decisions.
  • Minimum necessary. We ask for, keep and share only what is needed.

Working with specialists and partners

Delivering a request often means involving independent specialists, providers and venues outside of Peak, such as medical and wellness providers, security and travel professionals, insurers and brokers, events and hospitality partners, advisors and other vendors (together, “partners”).

Before we recommend or engage a partner, we review their reputation, credentials and discretion, and we ask them to protect member information. We share with a partner only what they need to carry out the specific request, and wherever practical we use a first name or reference rather than a full identity. We do not allow partners to use member information for their own marketing.

Partners are independent

Although we select partners with great care, they are independent businesses and professionals. They are not employees, agents or affiliates of Peak, and they are not part of the Peak organization. Each partner is solely responsible for the services, advice, products, safety and conduct they provide, including any negligence, error, omission, misconduct or malpractice.

Peak and Privé by Peak are not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, advice, services or products of partners outside the Peak organization, or for any loss, injury or damage that results from them, to the fullest extent the law permits. Where a partner provides regulated services, such as medical care, legal or tax advice, insurance or security, your relationship for that service is directly with the partner and is governed by the partner’s own terms and professional obligations. We will, however, help you raise concerns with a partner and will stop working with partners who fail our standards.

Insurance and risk placement

Where a member asks us to arrange insurance or risk coverage, we share information with licensed brokers, carriers and underwriters only with the member’s consent and only to the extent needed to obtain quotes or place coverage. Those parties have their own privacy practices and legal obligations.

When we may disclose information

  • With your instruction or consent.
  • To a partner, as described above, to fulfill a request.
  • To professional advisers bound by confidentiality, such as our lawyers and accountants.
  • Where required by law, court order or regulator. Where the law allows, we will tell you first and limit disclosure to what is required.
  • To protect someone from serious harm in an emergency.

We do not sell member information. We do not use member information for advertising.

Website and cookies

If you visit our site or request a briefing, we collect your contact details and the message you send, and limited technical information through cookies. See our general Privacy Policy for details on website data.

Retention

We keep member information while the membership continues and as long afterwards as needed for legal, tax and safety reasons and to resolve disputes. A member may ask us to delete or return information at any time, subject to those requirements.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, restrict, export or delete the information we hold, to withdraw consent, or to tell us which people and partners may not be given your information. Residents of California and other regions have additional rights under local law. Write to CS@GrowAtPeak.com and mark your message confidential. We may verify your identity before acting.

Security incidents

If a security incident affects member information, we will act quickly to contain it and will notify affected members as the law requires and as soon as reasonably possible.

Children and family members

Membership is for adults. If a member asks us to support their children or other family members, we treat their information with the same care and use it only for that purpose.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
